Former presidential envoy Ishayev left under house arrest

The defendant, 71, reimbursed the damage, but did not plead guilty.

The Moscow City Court ruled to leave the former president’s plenipotentiary in the Far Eastern Federal District, the governor of the Khabarovsk Territory and the vice-president of Rosneft, Viktor Ishaev, 71, under house arrest, despite the compensation of damage.
