Law enforcement officers came to the administration of Sochi and carried out a seizure of documents, TASS reports with reference to the press service of the city administration.
“[There was] a seizure. We do not know what they were looking for, they were going on the third floor,” the Mayor’s office said.

Judge of arbitration court in the Republic of Kalmykia Elena Anzhukaeva became a defendant in a criminal case into swindling. With that, the criminal case was initiated by head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Aleksander Bastrykin personally.

Former presidential envoy Ishayev left under house arrest 09/04/2019

The Moscow City Court ruled to leave the former president’s plenipotentiary in the Far Eastern Federal District, the governor of the Khabarovsk Territory and the vice-president of Rosneft, Viktor Ishaev, 71, under house arrest, despite the compensation of damage. Earlier, Ishayev’s daughter, Yulia, transferred more than 5 million rubles ($ 88,000) to Rosneft’s account.

The arrest of businessman Dmitry Mikhalchenko convicted of smuggling elite alcohol and arrested in the case of embezzlement during the construction of the Russian Federation President's residence in Novo-Ogarevo is extended until June 21 by the Basmanny Court of Moscow, Business FM reported. The district court rendered a similar decision in mid-March, but the Moscow City Court sent the case for review in a new composition.

В пятницу, 5 апреля, Басманный райсуд Москвы отправил в СИЗО бывшего гендиректора ОАО «Региональные электрические сети» Сергея Ильичева, обвиняемого в мошенничестве и участии в оргпреступном сообществе, созданном, по версии Следственного комитета России, экс-министром «Открытого правительства» Михаилом Абызовым. Господин Ильичев, объявленный в розыск, добровольно вернулся в Россию из Таиланда, однако даже это обстоятельство было использовано следствием против него.
