ENGEvpatoria Mayor faces another allegation

The Mayor of Evpatoria, Andrey Filonov, arrested for two months, became the person involved in two criminal cases united into one proceeding. The amount of damage in the first case is 35.3 million rubles, in the second - 43.956 million rubles, TASS reports. The court arrested the officer until May 31.
Filonov did not admit guilt and intended to appeal the decision of the court.
Filonov headed Evpatoria administration from November 2014. On the eve of the detention, the FSB official conducted searches in the office and house. The suspect immediately expressed readiness to cooperate with the investigation and assured the journalists that his arrest was a misunderstanding.
