Dagestan: postman appropriates pensions worth $ 15,000

In the Lak District of Dagestan, a postman forged signatures of the elderly people in the documents on receiving pensions and appropriated the money. So far, the investigation has established four victims, to whom the suspect caused damage in the amount of more than one million rubles ($ 15,000), the press service of the republic's police reports.

The fact of fraud was established by the employees of the Economic Security and Anti-Corruption Department of the Dagestani MIA. The investigation checks the circumstances of the crime and the suspect’s involvement in similar crimes.
