Daughter of ex-Presidential Envoy Ishaev turns out to own $7.6 million property

5 apartments in Moscow, a mansion in Moscow region and 3 high-end foreign cars are registered in the name of 36-year-old Yulia Ishaeva.

Mash Telegram channel has found out that relatives of ex-Governor of Khabarovsk region and Presidential Envoy in the Far East Viktor Ishaev - who is being accused of theft of 5 million rubles ($76 thousand) from Rosneft - own property worth of almost half a billion rubles ($7.6 million). Most of the property is registered in the name of 36-year-old Yulia Ishaeva.

According to the Telegram channel, Ishaeva owns 5 apartments in Moscow, a mansion in Moscow region and 3 high-end foreign cars. In particular, she owns an apartment with an area of 211 square meters located in a housing complex Arbat Tower worth of 150 million rubles ($2.3 million). Viktor Ishaev gave this apartment to his daughter when she moved to Moscow in 2005.

Yulia Ishaeva is also reported to own a 7-room apartment worth of 120 million rubles ($1.8 million) on Yakimanka district’s 1y Spasonalivkovsky lane. Besides that, 3-room apartment worth of 35 million rubles ($537 thousand) in Moscow’s Dorogomilovo district, as well as an 83 square meters apartment worth of 20 million rubles ($307 thousand) on Mitino district’s Generala Beloborodova street. 

5-room apartment worth of 100 million rubles ($1.5 million) in Moscow’s Fili is registered in the name of Ishaeva’s cohabiting partner Serget Ashikhmin. According to some theories, the family of Ishaevs - in fear of prosecution - started registering their assets not only in the names of their relatives. 

On the whole, Moscow-based property of Ishaeva and Ashikhmin is worth of 425 million rubles ($6.5 million). Besides that, the daughter of the Presidential Envoy turns out to own a country house worth of 200 million rubles ($3 million) in a village of Soloslovo of Moscow region’s Odintsovo district. It is noted that Viktor Ishaev spent a lot of time in this house himself. Besides that, the Telegram channel found out that Ishaeva owns Ferrari, Bentley and Mercedesworth of 10, 11 and 6 million rubles ($153, 168 and 92 thousand), respectively. Bentley and BMW are registered in the name of Ashikhmin.

Ekaterina, a grand-daughter of the former Governor, turns out to own a 50 million rubles ($767 thousand) apartment with an area of 124 square meters on Mosfilmovskaya street. According to Mash, president of PFC CSKA Igor Esmantovich registered this apartment in the name of Ekaterina. 30 million rubles ($460 thousand) apartment in a district of Ramenki with an area of 100 square meters is registered in the name of Ishaev himself. He is reported to have purchased it in November, 2018. Spouse of the ex-Presidential Envoy turns out to own a 100 million rubles ($1.5 million) apartment in a district of Krylatskoye. 

The Telegram channel found out that Viktor Ishaev owns 2 Mercedes AMG G63 cars worth of 7 and 13 million rubles ($107 and 199 thousand), and his spouse - 2 Mercedes cars worth of 6 and 10 million rubles ($92 and 153 thousand).

At the present time, Viktor Ishaev is placed under house arrest until May 27. He is being accused of swindling on an especially large scale (item 4 of article 159 of Russia’s Criminal Code) due to lease of a Khabarovsk-based office unit to Rosneft at an overvalued price. In late 2018, the oil company eliminated its Khabarovsk-based representative office due to abuses that had been identified.
